Heat stabilizers are ready-to-use compounds consisted of heat stabilizing fillers which is used for
improving the heat resistance of high-consistency silicone rubber

Application
It’s used to extend the working-life of silicone material at temperature above 170℃. Here is the
typical working temperature for peroxide curing.

Using dosage

The recommended mixing dosage is 1.5~3% according to temperature requirement.

Processing

Heat stabilizer could be mixed with curing agent at the same time.
